Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Standard shipping is a flat $25 on orders under $500.
  • Shipping is free on orders of $500 or more.
  • Fireplace surrounds and mantels are large, heavy items delivered by freight. Freight is not charged at checkout; after you order, we will contact you with a freight quote and delivery details before anything ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or is not as described.
  • To start a return, contact us with your order number before sending anything back, and we will give you the return instructions.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Fireplace surrounds and mantels are made to order and are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Each cowhide is a natural pelt, so its markings, colour and outline will differ from the product photos. This natural variation is not considered a defect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund, and cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm and refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
