We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $25 on orders under $500, and free on orders of $500 or more. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation by email.
Fireplace surrounds and mantels are made to order and are final sale (unless they arrive damaged or defective). Freight is not charged at checkout — after you order, we contact you with a freight quote and delivery details before anything ships.
You may return most pieces within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Each cowhide is a natural pelt, so its markings, colour and outline will differ from the product photos. That natural variation is what makes yours one of a kind — it is not considered a defect.
